Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to research, apply for and manage financing with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Westford Capital Group advisors reviewing a financing proposal

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is our own assessment based on automated and manual testing; it is not a third-party certification.

What we have done

  • Keyboard access to every menu, form, tab and dialog, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link
  • Text and interface colours that meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in light and dark themes
  • Form fields with programmatic labels, inline error messages and announced status updates
  • Reduced-motion support: animation and background video stop when your device requests it
  • Automated axe-core checks on key pages in every pull request, alongside manual screen-reader testing
  • English, French and Spanish versions of core pages

Known limitations

  • Some downloadable PDFs generated from third-party documents may not be fully tagged. We will provide an accessible version on request.
  • The interactive world map is decorative; the same regional information is available as text on the Regions page.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on this site, tell us the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and, where we cannot fix something quickly, to provide the information or service another way.
